Such hopeless oblivion occurs often when one is in love.. the spells maybe very long and can span hours.. She is certainly reading something her lover / boyfriend has texted her.. I think what he has texted her is making her admire and blush at the same time.. 
A wonderful photo, Peter. It is a beautiful image, but more, it allows us to read into it whatever we see or feel.
