This is the second time I've smelled this wonderful aroma from your kitchen. I should get out my recipe; scan it and put in on FB - it's one of the best I've tried for English muffins.

These look yummy Joline. I like the idea of them with marmalade.
I thought we got our name muffins from USA but I'm referring to the Blueberry,Apple & Sultana, Carrot etc etc varieties
which are bigger than fairy cakes but a bit heavier.#
