English Seaside Town

Taken a few weekends back on the Skegness Beach. I like the isolation of the shoes and the ferris wheel in the background. Very English Seaside town.

Thanks, I had a sharp version and preferred this one at f/4. Personal choice I suppose!

depth of field needs looking at,not sharp at the background,you should have used the sharp pic.

I do prefer the shallow DoF myself, again personal choice.

I like the creative use of DOF. It highlights the main element while leaving an "untold story" in the background. Creates some tension and mystery.
Just my tuppence worth but liked it enough to comment as such.
