Entrance to the Esprit Car Park

I love this building. It sits on the Plateau Esprit in the middle of the Cite Judiciare and looks good in all sorts of light! This week's Black and White competition is "Black and White" - this is one of my ideas for this week! The walls are a bit off-white now!
