Equilibrium

By mrswoolybill
A little while ago I uploaded a sequence, from the preparation for the act through to the downfall. But this is my favourite of the set... (I have reworked it a bit more carefully).
The two men and the little boy were conscripted for service from the audience. The lad earned 5 for handing props up to the performer, which will have made his day.
Thanks for looking,
Moira

Superb capture Moira. Great POV. I've never managed to position myself to get a good composition whenever I've been there.

Thanks folks and thanks to Paul for the UA.

I stood behind the performer, and I was on my own. So no obstructions...

Are the two side people to catch him if he falls off? A super street scene with the audience very much a part of the composition and atmosphere.

Yep, but unfortunately they had moved away when he did fall off. But that's a Silly Sunday shot... Wink

I do like how you've captured this from behind and included the large crowd of onlookers, works better than had you been amongst them. Beautiful mono work too, looking better still large! 😃👍

My goodness, look at all the people. On a cold day too, all bundled up. Excellent pov for this. Who needs to see the performers face when there's so much else to see. Excellent conversion Moira.
