I think you have done well to choose a shutter speed fast enough to freeze the action. You made it easier on yourself by shooting the racing car on a bend when it is not moving as fast as it would be on the straight. In order to achieve this shutter speed, you probably had to open up the aperture, thereby reducing the depth of field. Despite this, you have managed to keep the whole of the racing car sharply in focus. Furthermore, the exposure looks OK to me.

I know you are supposed to fill the frame with your main subject. But, in this case, I think you have overfilled it, so much so that you have not included the whole of the racing car. Indeed, the left-hand side of the frame needs to be 'uncropped' quite a lot so that the racing car has some space to drive into. Perhaps, you should have turned your camera a couple of degrees to the left before taking this shot. While I am on the subject of cropping, I think I would have cut off the tyres at the top of the frame. Or darkened them.
