I find it quite amazing that something I used to avoid like the plague when I was a motorcyclist, can be so beautiful. Almost an alien galaxy.

One may find interesting and very different subjects if one is awake to the possibility, as you were here, Malcolm: the suggested title is very apt, as in the Hubble Website not dissimilar images can be viewed of supernovae.
Hope it doesn't 'bomb' as you put it.
Ronnie.

Makes a good abstract Malcolm and the title is perfect.

Oil on roads makes wonderful abstracts. Almost heartshaped. Well seen.

A great image, Malcolm!
It's the sort of picture you want to take when you see it but don't have your camera with you!
Luckily, you did!!SmileSmileSmile

Great image, it works really well, will now look at oil spills in a completely different light

Excellent powers of observation.
A friend made a panel with five images of reflections in puddles, saturated them
and won the Panel competition.
Fine image to keep everyone guessing.
