Eye in the shadows

This will probably appear as just another dull duck photo to many. At the time, I was drawn to the duck's staring eye. I was pleased that I managed to capture a ray of the setting sun illuminating the duck's face as it lurked in the shadows.

I realise the shot could be sharper but it was handheld from a distance.
