Beautiful image Mari - well done !

Stirs up emotions, the bride clock watching
Beautifully done, the clock somehow adds to the tension and apprehension in Lucy's face, quite remarkable how it all works when it was posed up.

The post camera work is very god too, the old feeking is in there.

Dougie

Cheers for that link Mari.

This is a bewitching and enigmatic image, Mari. All the elements come together to present the viewer with a multitude of opportunities for interpretation. The 30s style furnishings make me wonder if she's a bride who, with a husband or husband-to-be destined for military service, is pensive about the future. Or is she simply contemplating and perhaps concerned about the future that she committed to when she said "I do"...while the clock ticks on relentlessly. I love it.
