Impressive work Ivor. I think V1 best fits the rest of the image.

Great examples of how to fool the public, Ivor Wink
However, nothing can take away the expertise used to create these images.
Great title of course, Wink

Nicely done but still not quite convincing. I do love the one with the rainbow though.

according to Wikipedia,
"Some photo manipulations are considered skillful artwork while others are frowned upon as unethical practices, especially when used to deceive the public. Other examples include being used for political propaganda, or to make a product or person look better, or simply for entertainment purposes or harmless pranks.

Depending on the application and intent, some photo manipulations are considered an art form because it involves the creation of unique images and in some instances, signature expressions of art by photographic artists. For example, Ansel Adams employed some of the more common manipulations using darkroom exposure techniques, burning (darkening) and dodging (lightening) a photograph."

p.s. this said, i think you did create a set of unique images, all beautiful and your manipulations serve an artistic purpose here

What a great job you did Ivor. I like them all actually. I personally think it's fine to do this as long as you let the viewers know. I just don't know how to do it...yet.

I have replaced skies in my own pictures with my own sky photos, but have never used someone else's. The fact that there is a sky replacement tool now available shocks me but it was, of course, inevitable. I think it's a great feature but will remain a dinosaur and stick to my own. It gets me to look up at the sky more often than I used to, and say, ooh that's a nice one.
I do like your images here, but I think I favour the lead image the most. Nice work.
