Falls of the forest

By soulsharer
A lovely morning spent at Wyming falls, not much light on a dull grey day but there were times when the clouds broke and the gentlest of light came through. Getting the correct shutter speed for these cascades was tricky, the water was crashing down with speed and the dynamic range made things tricky.. I think I got it about right, for me keeping some texture in the movement was important and resisting the urge to make the exposure time longer..
