Hi William,
Great image, the comosition is lovely along with a nice sky makes for quite a pleasing image.
However, there are three things that I think you could have improved on here, one is to add description when you uploaded to help with the critique. Two is the image is blue and this is more than likely a white balance setting and three, the shot was taken at the wrong time of day.
If my EXIF data is correct the shot was taken at 11:02 on what looks like a sunny day and midday sun is not easy to get great shots in as it is very harsh. This creates a lot of contrast between the white of the buildings and the shadows of land on which the complex is built. These subjects are always begging for early morning/late afternoon sunlight or on a stormy day with a sky to match. I know this isn't always possible.
I have uploaded a mod where I have removed the blue cast in Camera RAW and lightened the shadows. I also reduced the exposure of the white on the sunny parts of the building. I then cropped slightly off the left side to get the lighthouse into the left third and off the bottom to get the building more onto the third line. I then added structure to the sky and buildings and lightened the shadows at the bottom slightly and then sharpened.
Hope this helps
