Far Sight.

By Tooma
Sterling spotting me watching him as I followed his movements with my camera. I thought he looked menacing, so I tried to enhance that feeling with some alterations to the background, which previously did nothing for the shot.

The main shot is all my own work; versions 1 and 2 are this same shot as edited by, MO.

Hope you enjoy. Smile Sterling always looks great.

menacing does not tell enough--- I prefer the second version-- The cat in the lead is a mean one!

Those green eyes are almost hypnotic, which you have captured well. However, I prefer MO's version 2 where the eyes stand out better from the background.

A lovely study of Sterling, the lead for me

As someone who has loved with cats most of my life, and have two now....they say that cat's faces are not as expressive as dogs, as they lack the facial muscles dogs have. I think it is all in the eyes, the ears, the tilt of the head....wonderful portrait of this cat.

My award.
