I've seen so many impressive shots of this building so I had to go and have a look myself.

First things first, was to continue my abstract "FB" series. It's gone down like a lead balloon, but I like the idea and, despite lack of clicks, am still motivated to continue the series.

I'll post my favourite up of the bullring another day.

Technical detail: shot as taken with a polarising filter, about 10.30am, and just a slight increase using Photoshop's curves to boost contrast further.

left of the frame seems a waste would have liked to have seen more of the frame filled with the building, thats where the interest lies

Reminds me of space. Would've burnt in the black a bit.

Added a mod for your viewing pleasure, dad.

Not bad, but like all of these the 50/50 comp is not quite happening for me. The mod though is just fab!!

I have to agree - it would have been nice to see more of it, but it still looks amazing...

Sure it's not an extreme close up of the microphone instead?.. :o)

Fits in very well with the others in the series. Where/what is this building?

Such a great building to photograph! Got one myself on first page of my port. Really like the abstract quality and silver against the dark blue.

Better than the others. Not sure if I'd like to see the sky just plain blue or the clouds in brighter detail.

i like this as it is, the simple left hand side is balanced by the busy pattern on the right. The colours are wonderful, nice addition to the set Pete.

p.s - Boyds modification is spot on, and well worth a look. Gave me a giggle.
