Final Revetment

By AntHolloway
Back at the PC now after the weekend and the bumper EPZ meet at Spurn Point. So my first upload is "Final Revetment" - on that Britain from Above program they had a bit on shore defences and revealed that whilst the groynes go out into the water the ones along the beach are called revetments apparently Wink Not nearly as humorous.

This was just after the sun cleared the cloud bank, some point before this paparazzi shot was being taken. Check out zander's shot to see the view from a few feet to the left and down a bit Wink

Four shots merged in Photomatix, ISO 200, f/16, 1/400, 1/100, 1/25, 1/6s.

Ah yes Alex, the pap shot must have been later.. shows my memory is not at full speed at that time of the morning! I've updated the info above.

Cheers all for the comments, it has been good looking at all the uploads from the meet so far.

Hi Ant
Nice to spend some time with you last Saturday on our trek 'round the horn'
Nice subtle light and good perspective, you can't tell its HDR which is always a good thing.
I have a pic of you and the mysterious round cloud I will post it shortly when I have processed it.
Cheers
Harry
