Fires of Freathy

By Bee76
A colour image from the beach at Freathy, Whitsand Bay this time.

I was tempted to go mono again with this one but the colours were just too gorgeous to pass up as the sun was setting. Really not too much done in the way of colour and saturation with just a couple of tweaks and a contrast boost.

Cheers Pete by the way for the HC on my last upload.

Off to see the Bourne Legacy so have a good evening all.

Stunning landscape. Love the harmony of colour, mood and composition. Well worthy of an award.

I love the colour and the shape of that cloud Barney. The light and clarity is also excellent. If I was to change anything it would be to crop out the rock on the left that is partially in frame. IMO it would make quite a difference to the strength of the composition.

Thanks Geoff and Derek. I'll have a look at a crop and see how it turns out - I didn't even consider it in processing to be honest.
