Sorry Tom, here I go again, lol. I'd clone the blue fence out. Keep in mind, that's just me and we each like things different. But what a wonderful view. My thoughts are, don't drag my eyes away from it. Please feel free to tell me what you'd prefer in my images.

The blue fence I am not sure if it helps the image or not, as with its blue colour and the brightest in the frame tends to draw your eye. The brown boat now takes over as the eye-catcher and with the piers stretching out into the water gives excellent lead-in to the picture. However still an excellent winter scene with a great background.
