First Light Over Water

Only 30 minutes of quality light on this particular day.
Location on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
My aim, to balance the light before the sun became to strong after leaving the horizon.
Despite the partial cloud cover, only 10 seconds later I could hardly look at the sun.
• 1/25sec to just capture the ripples.
• Silky smooth ISO64 shooting RAW to cope with the contrast and give me great dynamic range to work with.
• f/14 getting the 1st boat to horizon focus.
• Tripod - my best friend Smile
