Posed or not posed you seem to have your model completely relaxed. I like it as it is, - odd he is wearing a hat under a roof (?) - with the hint of roof on the left and the grey wall on the right, but I could not resist on the other hand, to zoom in, crop the black roof edge on the left and clip his hat a bit and keep the grey wall and bit of his arm out of the new tighter portrait oriented frame. Light background on the left and the dark side of his face, dark background on the left with his lighter side of the face.
He keeps the Camel. You take the Trophy.

it's actually a re-submission, at a larger size, Pablo. It was originally titled Fishboro Man (he's a fisherman), but I hadn't taken the time yet to add the title
I also have the same photo, but as a square version (mostly cropped on rhs and bottom though).
Fantastic.... His Essence portrayed...
