Fisherwoman's song

By kuipje
" spoken by poet Isaikavi Ramanan 1977" Something very different from all the other songs I used, but I was touched by this one.
Also I was touched this morning by the poem on Barbara's Remembrance card that Trevor uploaded yesterday.

This, and other V's, were taken in Spakenburg a little fishers village in the middle of the Netherlands. A couple of months ago I posted also some picture of Spakenburg. At that time there was a annual fair.
These were taking in a very nice museum about the history of Spakenburg. The main picture is about how the woman did clean the fish that the men caught.
I hope you all have a wonderful day filled with love

Wonderful looking set Jos, but feel sorry for the ladies in your last two shots. Think the fish have eaten their faces.

A wonderful tour of the museum - I especially like your lead image - interesting that both
ladies have same clothes - seems elaborate as a uniform?
