Fishguard Old Town II

By Glostopcat
The penultimate set of images taken at the harbour in Fishguard on my recent trip to West Wales. Many thanks to all those who commented and clicked on my last couple of uploads, I'll try and catch up with you all when i can. I managed to get out and about yesterday and get some good shots as the weather was glorious, unfortunately it's reverted back to normal again today, i.e dull and damp. The great British summer eh!

two good capture Ed, I like the way the boats are waiting for the tide. Of the three I think I prefer the second shot.

A superb scene, I'm looking forward to when I shall be in that area in a months time. I hope I get some weather like that in your pictures, in the hope that I can get some shots as good as these.
Cheers, Brian

V3 for composition, and the little candid cameo of a couple enjoying a tête-à-tête.

Like all three Ed, my favourite would be V3, for the comp. IMHO they all could do with a slight level up. There is a bit of an optical illusion with the sweep of the harbour wall but the house verticals look a little out.

Hi Ed, I'm on slow catch up so sorry for clicking and not commenting.... a great series from Fishguard, there's just something about 'fishing villages'.... the atmosphere, the colours and so much to view and you've caught it all perfectly in your mini series... well done.
Hmmm @ british weather.... apparently September is 'the summer'... but what do these weather peeps know lol...
