I do like the boats at the bottom Somnath, a nice gentle curve.
Not too sure whether all the dark water is needed, perhaps a wee bit off the top where the darkest bit is would put a little more emphasis on the boats.
Scrolling the image upward, possibly just to where the sparkles start on the water.

I like the grouping near the bottom corner of the frame, and unlike Janet, I think the image benefits from the negative space, and if mine, I would not crop...individual tastes.
