On the walk down from Mount Fløyen, Bergen it is possible to take a path through some extraordinary woodlands. This is one of many I took. Verging on criminal to convert to mono, but I can't help myself.

That's a tremendous walk down from the top...all too many take the funicular both ways instead of walking down. They miss, as you say, some great views...
