very well caught speed shot, but the angle to a bit to uphill, maybe try making thr shutter speed a tiny incy bit faster, so you can still get the full amount of detail and get the car in movement still,.
very good though, and they are one hell of a car to go round it.

Youve done well with your panning technique, and the diagonal presentation works well to accentuate the sense of speed.

Looks like you didnt sharpen it after you re sized, - Ive done this in the mod and it looks quite a bit better.

Im assuming this was shot handheld at 300mm? I wonder why youre using such a small aperture, - f/8 would give you a sharper shot, and more flexibility with your shutter speed, - try it the next time your shooting motorsports and see if it makes a difference. It will allow a faster shutter for handholding, and if you pan fast enough you will get background blur, - probably less than in this shot, - but enough.
