A well composed photograph, I agree with you, the detail in the wood is very good. The foreground leads you into the second structure.

While the composition is really good.What lets this shot down for me is the sky.
I find it far too dark. While two small areas, one just above the fifth rib of the boat on the left and one in the middle of the main boat show how bright the sky really was.
Also just above the third and fourth rib of the boat a mast in the distance seems to have it's middle cloned out. There are also a few more foreign bodies in the sky that could be removed.
Sorry to be so negative, but more care needs to be taken with your processing.

Compare this to the image you shot around the same time; this has a -1.33, not necessary, and the other technically far superior shot uses +0.3. Thats the difference, its underexposed all over.
