Hi everyone,
Here are a couple images from today of ducks flying. I'm not sure if I like them because of how dark it was today, I'm practising on the flight shots as I get quite excited and shake a bit lolGrin. I'm trying to overcome the excitement and hopefully improve.Smile

Cheers, TammySmile

Good attempts.Nicely framed.I usually Increase ISO to 400 with shutter speed around 400-500.
These need to be varied depending on light. The expertsd will give better advice.

Wonderful in flight shots, Tammy.

If you want more light on the birds against that sky, pump up the EV for your next shot. There's a price for that, though...the shutter speed gets lowered.

For these shots already taken, if you wanna cast light on the birds, I can think of two things. One, use Fill Flash in your software or Exposure (which brightens the whole image).

Not easy to capture them in flight, but nicely done here Tammy Smile The only thing I'd have done would be to up the ISO and increase the EV (as suggested by Andrew), which would have given you more detail, but still two fine images Wink
