Flight

As ever thought etc welcomed.

One form the past and the MWFC (thanks Cheryl for organising) This is a montage of a burst of photo's capturing a captive birds flight.

I guess I could have tidied the jesses up a bit etc, but I feel that by blending three frames together I have edited enough. Should I have continued to clone? Any tips on how to blend such photo's. I am not convinced on the in-flight editing.

I am just pleasantly surprised to have a few frames of the bird taking off an in focus.

What you have illustrated neatly is what I always try and tell people, the best wing positions are very early in the flight. Therefore use the longest lens and try to lock on asap.

Further in to the flight all you will get is a glide and no wing action.
