Fly Away Home

By chase
Another from my adventures with the empty cage.
This time,as has been suggested, I included a couple of Butterflies & lots more colour Wink
The original is lit by daylight,I have added several textures & layers using different blending modes.
Totally different feel to this one.....the darkside always returns.........eventually Wink

Thanks for taking the time to look/comment,always appreciated.

Nice selection of textures to match the colours of the butterflies & use of space arround the cage.
I like.

Well manipulated Janet, as you say quite dark and a little foreboding

Love the texturing toning beautifully with butterflies.
Like the little flap in cage open.

Fine image - love the ethereal quality of the cage. Just feel the two butterflies are a little crisp for the style of the image. Have done a mod softening their appearance with a little selective motion blur- hope you don't mind.

All the best

Thanks everyone.
Thankyou for the mod Bruce, the Butterflies weren't sharp to start with, maybe a tad too crisp as you have suggested though, difficult to know where to draw the line when editing.
Thanks for the HC Pete Smile
