flying beauty - Clouded Yellow flying

Good morning and thank you for your kindly comments yesterday!
The sharpness was the price to pay for this one but i am content with it...why? to increase the shutter speed (for a better result) by constand aperture means to increse the ISO too and this is a bad idea on Nikon D3000...it is impossible to freeze movement at 1/160 or 1/200 sec. because the insects are quite rapid.
