Foaming Water

By Nigel_95
My partner and her friend both like this, and suggested I post it. I took it in Wales in 1971, but I'm not sure where (probably Betws-y-Coed). If you look left of middle at the top you will see a pair of wheels sticking up. What I like about the picture is the lighting, the detail and the amount of movement in the water. If I were taking it now, I would use a wide angle lens.

I may have cropped the top a bit more but apart from that I love the movement and depth. Nice one..

Hello Nigel, nice exposure on the water displaying beautifully the force and power from it falling, I can hear the roar and almost see the mist that surrounds such detail. Nice work.

Nice shot Nigel. I have also just noticed two more of your pics "Loch Rannock" and "Afterglow" and have clicked these two. They are beautiful images and really stand out in your portfolio

Jan, all except three of the pictures on my portfolio are scanned from 35mm slides (transparencies). Most were scanned with a KM Dimage Scan Elite 5400 II, but some (eg cloudscape) with my First scanner, an Epson 4180.
