Cool, clean, very Nordic.
PS Something occurred to me immediately, this reminds me a lot of the work of Pieter Saenredam , who painted Dutch church interiors after the Reformation had stripped out all decoration. Just leaving the truth of light and space. But I had to check the spelling of his name...

Many thanks, Moira...I was needing something to do today, so reading up on Pieter will occupy some time.

Dear Mr Salty Big Mac
Well, you really have excelled yourself with this one. It reminds me of one of those paradoxical perspective drawings by that nice Mr Maurits Corneille Escher who once lived next door to my friend Mr Pie Eater Sunny-Delight. (See above.) What a strange man. He was a painter and decorator but would only take commissions for hanging Anaglypta in Post Reformation Dutch churches. He hated doing the ceilings. The wallpaper paste kept dripping on his head so he wore a Dutch cap. Never had children. No idea why.
I'm sorry to add to your research burdens. I hope you learn your lesson. What you need is a sense of perspective. 🥴
I like your picture very much. Is there a colour version? Please accept this delightfully sonorous monochromatic gong. 🏆 (Oops, sorry, I've only got it in colour!)
