Focus on Architecture VI

By saltireblue
AN APOLOGY to all those I follow. The past few days I have only voted and not commented - sorry for that, but I have been up to my proverbials in work around the outside of the house, garage and garden, in temperatures of round 30c and it has left me cream crackered and not in the right mood to spend so much time of ePz.
Normal service will be resumed this coming week!

This is the latest in my series focusing on architecture. Even bridges get a look in.
Taken in Oslo, this footbridge crosses the railway tracks outside the central station and is roughly 100 metres in length.

Many thanks for all the interest in my previous upload - ta muchly!Wink

Thanks for bothering.

Looks quite heavy duty engineering for a footbridge!. I like the reflections in the glass safety panels.

..and there's me thinking this was something you knocked together on your furlough!

Not sure I'd fancy walking across under all that... it looks rather threatening.
So I'll just make do with the photo, if that's OK.

I'm not much cop at commenting these days so I forgive you, Malc. It's about 10C here and raining. The c/h has switched on uninvited; there is a gale forecast nearby . . . Pullover and sou'wester weather 😠😠😠
Another top-notch photo.

No need to apologies, Malc' I know how it is. I'm late on today because a drawer runner on a kitchen drawer, had broken. A bloke was supposed to have fixed it last year at a princely sum. I've just finished fixing it again for the cost of nothing! (Apart from my time.)

Anyway, the picture: A claustrophobic view point giving great effect, Malc. Your architectural eye has served you well once again.

DIY - the curse of the creative spirit. I can only agree with the above ...

Great perspective, and it makes a very strong lead-in towards the figures and buildings in the background 😃👍

A massive looking structure. Well captured and composed. Some good reflections in there as well.

Your perspective makes it look quite menacing.

I think you have found the skeleton of the Tobleronosaurus ... or my missing bits of Meccano. How clever of you. I was hoping it would be a bridge of troubled water by Pylon and Carbuncle ... but it isn't. Railway lines. How unromantic. Please send help in exchange for this gong. 🏆

Looks like that blokes carrying it on his shoulder 🙂. Nice work young Malc. Don't apologise for having some real work to do...Blush. I'm still doing flood repair. Floor's almost done, new garage door tomorrow. Onwards and upwards.
