FOR THAT FISH

By Sahyadri
This is for Penny.

This shot is from the same place i shot the last upload. so it gives a perspective of how far the boat was from where i stood and my poor vision came inbetween ... result was this not very crisp shot. I am actually not proud of this one. Sad

I am going to the hills this week end, place i have never been to. hope to get some good monsoon shots.

have a great day
Rad

PS: I am saving for a telephoto .. any suggestions from out there??? what i have in mind is a Nikon 70-300 ...

I Like the colour of the shot, but have you tried it as a vertical and cropped the right hand side off?

I like the atmospheric feel and the lovely quiet evening light but I think it could be improved by taking that bright light out from just above the boat. Always difficult to takw photos of a moving object at dusk, you've handled it well.

Thanks Penny.... it was tough with low light, still getting used to a new camera and then the moving subject... i will clone out the light you mentioned.

Colin, I tried the chop and get a vertical, but the vast effect wasnt there and the picture by no means is sharp to highlight the boat ....

thanks all for the clicks... hope you liked my mountain upload today Smile

Like the reflections, and the colour that has hued over the photo. Gives it a dramatic appearance.
