As a non Brit....should that not read 'keep smiling' instead of ' keep laughing', as laughing you do as a response to some one's remark, whereas smiling is more when you reflect on something funny or pleasant?

Good question, Robert. It's part of a series of displays that includes Keep smiling, Keep caring and others that I cannot remember. This was the one that I found intriguing though.
