Forgotten Font

By Hoffy
5 seconds, F18, 28mm

I read an article on using a hand flash unit to fill an image with light on a long exposure. This was pitch black with a very small light coming in from the two windows. I flash at 3 seconds on this and the result I think is very good.

This is the old font from the Catherdral, it is Red Marble and very victorian. The main problem with it is that it stands 5 feet off the ground. So the short bishops keeped bumping the babies heads.

Thank you for viewing.

This would look great with selective colouring of the font I think.
Cheers Mick.
