A really lovely capture, nice and sharp with great dof. It's a shame her head wasn't a touch higher so that the grass and daisy didn't cover her face. I have offered a mod where I have attempted to clone out the daisy and grass; slightly increased contrast via curves; added catchlights to liven up the eyes; and cropped the left as the face was a little central.
Hope you like and I can't wait to see more of this delightful fox.

Very nicely done and well composed. THe focal point, judging by the daiseys, is just a little forward of the animals nose meaning the face is very slightly unsharp.

However, difficult circumstances and a brilliant choice of angle.

I agree totally with Paul, Tom - super POV and great DOF as well. Must be honest and say that the MOD does not work for me. The cropping spoils the balance of your original comp and the cloned in "catchlights" in the eyes look very artificial. Will submit a mod for you, in which I have attempted to "lift" the eyes.

This is a very good low pov down at the Fox's level. First class Tom. The pof should always be the eye and to remember when in close the dof will be very shallow. Setup a tripod and go for about F8 on the eye and spot expose also so the eye is the main focal point.
Cracking capture and look forward to meeting up again soon
