Frensham Great Pond in IR

By bmh1
One of the IR pictures I took last week while on holiday in Surrey ...

This is Frensham Great Pond which is a fresh water lake in a sandy area, so has a beach area. There's also a cafe near the car park which does a very nice bacon roll ...

This is the uncropped image from the camera, I chose to go with a portrait orientation to capture both the ferns/reeds in the foreground and the dramatic sky.

Slight boost in contrast and sharpening have been applied, though I didn't go with the usual RB colour channel swap on this one as I thought this was more dramatic.

(f/9, ISO 100, 1/300 sec - bright day)
