What a contrast Ronnie ! The rose is exquisitely captured, with detail, colours, and raindrops all beautifully rendered. V2 also has great detail, colour ,composition and texture; especially texture. I like it a lot, but think I'll leave Mick to come up with a definitive comment!

Well, I like the rose and the box og grunge, a good contrast!

I am so envious of your roses-- ours are all feeling the lack of rain and ultra high temps!

What an excellent taste in decor your neighbour has Ronnie !!
And he has shown some TLC here.
A good example of Tender Lack of Care !!
Excellent shot.
(And not a bad flower shot either !!)

Very nice images Ronnie both well captured .

You've made good use again of Scotland's soft weather Ronnie, just adds a lift not that it neads it to this beautiful Rose, delicate pink and I can only imagine the fine aroma.

Two quite different offerings here, the first very delicate with lovely droplets, the second straight out of Mickbee's rough and ready textbook.

Both are well taken and presented Ronnie - the rose is beautiful (congratulate your neighbourSmile) and the wear on the wood is something that most people dread but the texture is good for photography.
