These are not the annual Cornflower which grows in meadows but the perennial form. Flowers twice per year, a real bonus and very much loved by Bees as well as humans!! Well captured.

raining here today . Love this flower , have tried to photograph it in the past , very tricky to get the depth of fild right with it . Yours are so well captured , love both.

Up to your poaching again, Graham: but well worth the excursion next door, eh! Of the two, the vibrancy of V 2 really stands out for me.

Such clarity and vividness in these images, that shade of blue is electric. Really like V2 today though.
