From the other side of the lake

By Ericsamson
Many thanks to all for the generous responses to 'One Swan'. I still need to send PM's but today has been taken up with trying to resolve Matron's flat car battery and getting hold of a suitable trickle charger. Done it! Apologies - I'll get there ... I think!

I've also rattled through the voting, with few comments and no UA's as yet. Sorry! 🥴

Anyway the AA have sorted out the battery so all is well there. For now then here is another image from Clumber Park, this time from the side of the lake viewed in 'Light across the water'. At this point I'm about a five minute walk from the small colonnaded structure seen in that image.

Wishing everybody all the very best, take care, Graham. 🙂

I like this view even more. Plod does not want people driving to our nearest parklands - if we can walk to them, we can use them, if not, tough. A car seems a pretty isolated way to travel, but I guess the PM did not shut us down tight enough, so our local force are taking up the slack.

3 miles is a bit of a walk - to go for a walk - if you get what I mean.

This too shall pass - I hope. Smile
