ps, reminds me of a steam engine scrapyard that was once about a quarter of a mile from where I now live.
Rows and rows of rusty locomotives and most of today's restored ones came from there.
Nothing left now but a housing estate.

An amazing array of colours on that derelict loco front, Danny: it does seem a sad end for this bit of our rail history but as I said before it does afford these photo opportunities that you for one have explored.

Like this shot and subject matter, railway yards offer up so much of interest to photograph and I love visiting them, which reminds me, must do so again soon for some shots other than during summer. All the best for 2015.
