a fantastic shot of this captive set.. I see all sorts and all kinds of emotions as well.. I do see some grumpy, displeased fellows.. and I don't know why..
In the background, what lies ahead is a journey of companionship and togetherness..
another fine image..

(the comments are often made to put the photographers in rest.. in a medium so distant, boldness in some cases may be a desired element.. It is not my intention to displease anyone.. The commenter is anyway not a man to assume so much self-importance.. The comments were put quite differently, I can assure.. Just to show the firmness of conviction.. It is tough to comment - because you never know what you are commenting for.. what is behind it.. If anything, it is my intention to show my conviction to give assurance to the photographers.. It by no means implies that I am being aggressive or assuming so much self importance.. In short - it was just to assure, if you want it, I was fully positive about it.. In a distant medium, there is every chance of misunderstanding.. In real world, it is not likely to happen like that.. what we all have to do is to have trust in the commenter and stop doubting.. just like I trust photographers and despite my own displeasure several times, I do not feel any negativity.. the problem is that while the photographers can get get annoyed for any small reason and show it quite clearly.. I don't have any such medium.. I don't even want to do it.. Grin
nothing to it, though.. just thought of clearing the doubts.. Grin )

An excellent, well composed shot of these inquisitve/irritated beasts, Alan.
I'm just glad that there are a few grassy tufts between you and them!!

As the cattle may have been an unwelcome surprise, Alan, if you weren't close to a stile... I'd be tempted to call this 'Reservoir Cows - Let's Go To Work!'

A motley crew mostly curious and the rest just getting on with their day despite strange photographers
taking pics! Very well considered composition once again Alan.

The poor light coloured moo on the right looks like he wants to be in the gang, but hasn't quite been accepted yet Smile
I wonder if cattle have bovine gang initiations? Hmm ... Wink

na na na.. this gang appears to be of moody temper, Alan.. and you have captured quite well here.. they lose the trust of a trusted photographer too easily.. Grin

Not to be taken on lightly !!!!
Fairly aggressive lot and grainy gritty mono suits them well

A certain malevolence to that bunch, I think.
