Geese

By accipiter
Many thanks for all the kind comments and clicks on my Great White Egret and special thanks to Ron (Maiwand) for his UA. Very much appreciated.
On the same evening I took the Egret shots I also managed a shot of Canada Geese going over in a very attractive skein but rather late. They were a bit dark and distant but I have put them into the sunset taken about fifteen minutes later and I think they look happy(V1).
I have quite a few shots of greylag from a couple of months ago and thought I would add them for todays collection. V2 is a composite image of Greylags taken at Greylake in early spring and v3 a composite of Greylags taken at Shapwick on a steely grey winter morning.
In both cases I have tried to show the feel of the environment and the lovely reflections that I saw in both places.
I hope you like them. A

v1 is a real beauty, Arthur, but they're all so expertly 'composited'.

V 1 is so well worked and effective with that deeper sunset, Arthur, and next I love the composition at V 3, the birds' reflections just captured at the 'right spot'.
