mohammad hi,

I find that posing is ok and cropping is good considering is a self portrait.
By using your on camera flash and your lens near its wider setting , you have created a somehow flat portrait that looks like a snapshot.
your shutter speed reads half a second (I cannot guess why is set so low , maybe the camera is set on night mode?) and even with an aperture of f:8 , slow shutter speed may be the reason for loosing detail , due to movement.
Lastly the dark patches on your shirt draw the eye of someone looking at your portrait away from you face.

Next time , if possible, get a bit away from the background , use a longer focal setting , avoid on camera flash and try to use natural light (Window light ?)

Take care

For me this is a complete recovery from all the mistakes of the previous portrait photographs you had taken in horizontal rather than vertical setting. I shall bypass the fact that you had not responded to my mail or comments on your last portrait photograph and I shall congratulate you for this new beginning in photography and in life in general. All the best shydallah. I wish you live long and make yourself proud and people happy with nice pictures.

Its nice to see the man behind the lens Muhammad!

The shot can do with sharpening and contrast as in my mod. Look like its very hot there!

This is a pretty good formal pleasant portrait. It just needs a touch more contrast and, whilst reasonably sharp, it needs to be pin sharp. Male portraits are almost always best very sharp indeed - it suits the male face.
