With thanks to happysnapperman (for the idea of shooting there), kaybee (inspiration on long shutter speeds) and my cousin (for giving me tickets to see Fascinating Aida last night, so that Mrs D and i had to walk past the German Fair in front of Birmingham Council House...

(Note: in the Midlands, "Council House" is the place the council meets. Not to be confused with all the council houses that residents live in!)
