As my better half and I departed the Ogden Saturday morning market I noticed this lone performance in the field adjacent to the market. Earlier there was a group of at least 20 women performing which my wife had commented on. Now, the field was completely empty except for this young lady going through what looked to me as something very elegant and oh so painful! Her name was Gina and she is self taught though you could have fooled me as I watched her in action and thanked her for being a sport in allowing me to capture the show.

Well, I can't do that (and never could) - and it makes a lovely image of someone enjoying their athletic prowess in an uncompetitive way. All good, therefore!
