Ginger Cake

Something to brighten everyones night...failure of an evening in the kitchen tonight, I was allowed (for the first and last time) to bake a cake for an upcoming birthday...this was the end result of one failure...still cleaning up the mess now.

Hope this has raised a few smiles, not technically sound, not perfectly cropped or anything technical...just posted to make smiles!
