Now then Angie you could wait 10 years to get that scene couldn't you? (Midges would eat you to a skeleton in the summer months mind you). Cracking scene, well done.

Stunning, stunning, superb!!!
Definitly worth the getting up early and the cold, Angie. The lake is as clear as a mirror and the colours are so bright (and cold)!
Is this going to be an EC?

That's stunning Angie - as Richard said above, there were some great reflections in Loch Lomond on the way back, but we'd never have made it home if we'd stopped at every one.

Glad you made it back safely.

This is the classic view that I've seen many times in books and I like your version. And it is good to get up early for reasons that we can all see right here. The brown grasses remind me of summer here when they dry up from the heat. Now they are turning green here. Seems as though you enjoyed your weekend despite the early starts. Great pap shots by the way!

Have no idea Jeanie! Well...you did have an invite to stay the night on Mull Wink
And if I remember corectly....Petra tried to persuade Roy to join us for the early start and he just swore a lot in reply (theres karma 4 u Wink )

Lol @ Fran......oooh I'm scared ;P

Thankyou for the Mods Richard, I lorrrve the IR one and the soft focussy glowey thingy you have added. Your right ofcourse, could wait for 10 years to get these kinds of reflections and I count myself very lucky. Only wish I could have stayed longer too, wanted to get to Loch Etive but was too scared of missing that blasted ferry at 4pm. Sad Coulden't wait for the light at Loch leven but the reflections were stunning there too.

Anyone coming up Glencoe way and can go via Oban let me know.....though I'm never going upto Glencoe again without a 10-20mm !

Patrick! You haveto come in March......go on go on go on go on go on go on go on Smile Smile

Wonderful light and reflection. It was calm like this when I drove up through Glencoe on wednesday. I had to do a U turn in the next parking place and probably ended up parked where you did.
