"Glistening Inkcap"

By RonnieAG
You'll be getting fed up with me and my fungi but I shall chance another, this time the Glistening Inkcap (Coprinellus Micaceus), although it could also be the Common Inkcap (Coprinopsis Atramentarius).
They are about 4 inches ( 10 cm.) tall.

My thanks to all who commented on Rosa Mundi, and with extra special thanks to Bob {cabbie}, Sylvia {Sylviwhalley}, Lillian, Lin {sweetpea62} and Kate {Irishkate} for their User Awards which are so much appreciated.

Ronnie.

The lighting and detail are excellent here, Ronnie.
The image has an almost 3D look about it - I feel I could reach out and touch(probably unwisely!) these fungi.
I'm not getting 'fed up' at all, by the way!!

One never grows tired of Fun Guys as long as they change their routine.

Another cracking capture of this wonderful variety of fungi. I love the low point of view and the great light.

Thanks for sharing Ronnie.

With your low pov, Ronnie, these look more like four foot high than four inches. A glorious image of the little group.

I wouldn't have expected such a wonderfully defocussed b/g with f9 - what 's the technical explanation Ronnie - brilliant isolation of your Inkcaps.
