Sorry Al but the composition lets this one down for me. His hand being cut off spoils the image and is pointed out by the bright light on his arm. Perhaps a tight crop to the face und upper body would bring the best out in this image? It's strenghth is his expression and the clothing detail. A good effort though and worth uploading.

Cheers for the critique Gaz...good points - I will try and rework it with your comments taken on board. IThe full shot includes the hand but it was so burnt out by the sun that it stood out too much and my limited skills in pp couldn't do anything to rectify it.
